These Green Kinam chunks are the remaining Kinam from the production of Green Kynam beads. As such, the Green Kynam chunks are covered in fine Green Kynam wood dust shavings which are also highly resinous.

The fragrance exuded by these chunks are the typical cooling floral sweet aroma of the Green Kinam. These chunks authentic are solid and big enough to be made into small pendants or as charms on bracelets.

For those who are into aromatherapy can also choose to use these chunks on the burner for its explosive fragrance.


What is Kynam, Kinam or Kyra?

Kynam, Kinam or Kyra is classified as the top range of agarwood that exists only as small percentage of agarwood. Kynam, Kinam or Kyra is hailed as a the topmost grade of agarwood due to its unique and superior fragrance.

Kynam, Kinam or Kyra is further categorised according to colours in terms of rarity, namely, white, green, purple, yellow and black, with White Kynam being the rarest and Black Kynam being least rare. Notwithstanding the categorisation, each colour of Kynam, has their unique qualities in terms of fragrance and is precious in its own right.

There is a saying that one needs to accumulate 3 life times of virtues before one would have the chance of encountering real Kynam, Kinam or Kyra, and 8 lifetimes of merit to have the chance to use and appreciate Kynam, Kinam or Kyra. As such, Kynam, Kinam or Kyra is really a super rare grade of agarwood that one can only wish to own!
