DRY BRUSH:

How to use
Brush with soft pressure and even strokes.

For feet and legs: Start at the bottom of the foot then move to the top of the foot, and continue up the leg from ankle to thigh covering front and back. Repeat on the other leg.

For back: Brush upwards, from the hips to the low back. Brush up the back as far as you can comfortably reach.

For belly and chest: Brush gently upwards from the belly to the chest, then chest to neck.

For neck: Gently brush downwards from the chin and jawline down the front of the neck towards the heart. Move to the back of the neck, brushing down from the hairline.

For hands to shoulder: Brush over fingers and the back of hands for a few strokes. Then brush the palm and move up the arm from wrist to shoulder covering front and back. When you reach the shoulder, repeat on the other arm.

Care Instructions
Use soap to wash the bristles, rinse, and dry with the bristles facing down on a towel. In between washes, you can make a spray solution with water and tea tree essential oil and periodically give the brush a light spray.
