These bags are made from “found” vintage fabrics, those that are previously unused, considered ‘new', but not purchased from a retail location. Some I've gathered over the years, planned for a project that never materialized. Many have been collected through neighborhood exchanges or garage sales. Either way they are materials no longer in the retail stream. In our small way, we are reducing manufacturing of new materials, thus saving natural resources, reducing energy consumption, and keeping items out of landfills.
