Original Antique School House Bell, authentic Solid Brass, Walnut Handle, Very Loud and Resonant Ringtone

authentic Offered here is a large hand ringing bell that was used to call children into school during the early 1900's. This antique schoolhouse bell is constructed of solid, golden colored brass and features a painted hand turned walnut wood handle with a cast iron clapper. This bell is in excellent condition with no cracks to the metal, does still have its original patina and has not been tampered with in any way. It measures 9" tall and is 6" in diameter as measured across the opening of the base. This bell has a ringtone that is VERY loud and was made to be heard from a long distance away. This is a wonderful antique bell in very nice condition that displays just beautifully...you will not be disappointed.
