Mandala red, stringart, thread painting, mural, meditation authentic

The word mandala comes from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit. It means circular image or circle around the center of which everything revolves. Mandalas communicate directly with the subconscious with their symbolism. Colors and shapes stimulate certain areas of your soul. In this way, the hidden reveals itself in purposeful thinking, feeling and acting. When you look at or paint a mandala, it's a meditative experience with healing impulses that bring you back to your center.

Red is the color of fire, passion and willpower. It increases the energy level and the mental strength, because on an emotional level it has an invigorating effect and increases sensuality. Red stimulates all processes in the body, thereby stimulating metabolic activities. It strengthens the life forces when they are weakened and thus increases the energy level. On a mental level, this color strengthens will, determination and perseverance.

I hammered the nails onto an MDF block and primed them with acrylic paint. The block measures 30 x 30 cm and authentic it has a recessed suspension at the rear.
