1920, Harcourt, Brace and Howe. Fair condition. Faded spots on cover, wear and staining on spine, damage to corners of back cover. Hinges very loose (semi-attached) on back cover. Pencil marks and writing on inside covers (front and back). Some foxing and yellowing to endpapers and pages. No dust jacket.
First edition, second authentic issue with lightly battered "54" on page 54, and "y" in "may" on page 387. (Bruccoli vol III, p. 212)
