0859----Civil War rejected pension - David S. McMillin - 1st Iowa Cavalry Co authentic B

Original civil war pension document
from the Department of the Interior.
This rejected pension document was issued to "David S. McMillin"  April 16, 1904
The original envelope from the Bureau of Pensions is included.
Handwritten notes on the envelope and Wash DC postmark.

McMillin does have a granted pension on file from 1870.

David McMillin served in the 1st Iowa Cavalry, Co B.
According to census records, his residences have been listed as Clinton,
Wheatland, and Anamosa.

These are authentic NOT included with the sale of the document.
The claim and certificate numbers both match civil war records.
