The female subject is the very same as depicted in numerous Da Vinci drawings/sketches; notably-- Head of a Woman (sometimes known as "Woman's Head". Please note this is an original, not a print/reproduction. This same R. Conti was painting around the turn of the 19th-20th century. Portrait measures 14 x 10 inches. The 19 x 15 inch frame is structurally excellent but with numerous scuffs and paint chips authentic.
