Fitted bodice with princess seams and pointed center yoke with non-functional wood carved rose buttons down center front. Elbow length puffed sleeves with pleated shoulders and elastic hem. Empire waist with side ties. Full skirt with wide scalloped lace trimmed hem. Nylon zipper.
