We begin hand-crafting once full payment authentic is confirmed. Hand-crafting takes 2-3 weeks. Rushed jobs and engravings are available for an additional charge. An appraisal will be included with your purchase for insurance purposes.

When it comes to shipping jewelry, trust is paramount. That's why we partner with G4S International Logistics for safe, secure transportation of your jewelry. G4S provides an armed guard service to pickup your unmarked package from us and guarantees its safe delivery to a secure UPS or FedEx facility.
We offer free UPS 2-day air shipping for packages sent within the United States. All other packages are sent with FedEx Priority at a nominal rate and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Packages include full insurance and require an adult signature upon arrival. For peace of mind, we provide a tracking number for all packages. Customers are responsible for all international duties and/or taxes.
