19thC Framed Antique Portrait Miniature Of A Girl authentic Wearing A Bonnet In Grundy and Smith Manchester Frame

On offer is an antique 19th century framed portrait miniature of a young girl. Finely hand painted, it is housed in a black rectangular glazed frame with a gilt border. The portrait is mounted to the centre with an oval black mount and is finely painted with great detail. To the reverse is a wooden panel with a suspension / hanging loop and an old label for Grundy & Smith of Manchester. Grundy & Smith were a high class retailer and frame manufacturer and worked c.1881-1911.
