A NEW item which is so versatile that it can be used for rings, post earrings, necklaces, broaches, etc. It will hold approx. nine rings.  In addition to the superior quality workmanship of the box, the design on the lid is jaw-dropping beautiful!  The subtle shading and precise placement of the numerous individual pieces used in the inlaid design give it a 3-dimensional effect.  Stunning!

The body of the box is constructed of quarter-sawn oak and it also has birds's-eye maple, figured walnut and wenge on the top of the lid. These three woods really complement each other. The bottom of the box and ring holder are made with a rich-looking, black velvet material. The ring holder can be removed by removing the screws on the bottom of the box.

The finish is precatalyzed lacquer, commercial grade, like that which is used on fine furniture. I apply several authentic coats of lacquer, hand-sanding between each coat. This finish provides a very durable finish which will last for years and years.
