This is a retired American Girl outfit, Josefina's Christmas outfit released in 1997 and retired in 2016. This is the original yellow and brown striped dress with Regency-style sleeves. There is authentic a black ribbon sash and bow at waist and a ruffled collar. Fabric has red dots and yellow swirls throughout.
