Product code: Carl Thieme Dresden Germany authentic Reticulated Plate, 10" (with Purple and Yellow Flower)

authentic This listing is for a Carl Thieme reticulated plate with a purple and yellow flower in the middle, measuring about 10 1/8" at the widest and narrowing to 9 7/8" where it curves in on the rim. I have others listed so just check the flowers to make sure you are ordering the right one. This one has some strange flowers going on in the center.

It's in very good used condition with minimal signs of age or use. There are some "rubbed" or scuffed spots on the white part in the periphery of the central bouquet from dishes being set on top for storage. Two flowers show a little wear off the paint from that. One is the little yellow flower floating in the left of the bouquet (2nd photo - little yellow flower on left). And the other is the little bit of green leaves on the opposite side where the little row of rust flowers are (4th photo on right). There are some very very minimal stray marks here and there but nothing noticeable or damaging the flowers in the middle. I tried to capture some of small rubbings in the photos but they aren't too clear but you might be able to see them with the zoom tool.
Photos came out a bit dark, but they are pure white porcelain with brightly colored flowers in the dresden color range.
The gold trim and details are in very good shape without any noticeable loss.
It looks like it was never used and just on display, which is what these are really meant for. Definitely not for sharp utensils or the dishwasher. Minimal washing is best since these are older and detergents can ruin the paint.
I think these are older and maybe pre WWII because they are marked with just the maker's logo, Dresden and Germany and the impressed number 5056 and the letter P. I am really not certain though because they look so new.
It is hand painted, even with the gold details running on the inner rim. There are some inclusions in the porcelain you can see on the back.
Probably as clean as you can get for an old used plate.
I don't do returns or exchanges, but feel free to convo questions or concerns.
