Antique scapular-detente of the Heart of Jesus from the 19th century. The Detente is made of silk and has some hand-painted flowers around the perimeter. The heart is in relief. Its state of conservation is what you see in the photos. The front, which is silk, is in perfect authentic condition. The back part that is woven is completely destroyed, its vestiges remain. Very old. It was called "Stop". It was used as spiritual protection for soldiers going to war.
