The main structure is made from 3/4" upcycled wood that is painted with a vintage teal blue and has a beautiful aged painted patina. This house is accented with hammered copper accents and has unique hand forged copper leaf details.
Houses are all constructed using heavy duty authentic adhesive and nails/screws as required to withstand our Canadian winters. All houses are made with a double roof and floor system, which makes them outlast most other houses. All wood is obtained from sources that would have otherwise ended up in landfills. Made from 90% recycled materials. The house has a generous side door opening for easy cleaning. This particular house has a sturdy top ring for hanging.
Each house is made to appropriate specifications, that serve a variety of cavity nesting birds.
