This iPad Mini was originally bought as Wi-Fi and cellular but authentic we disconnected the cellular many years ago so I'm not sure if that functionality still works. Everything works great on this mini and minus a few light scratches on the outside, it looks amazing. The original box and charger are not included. Just the iPad. I will fully charge it before shipping though.
