Unroll it and there are 4 different plastic zippered clear/lace patterned mini makeup bags. These all can be taken of the train case. They have snaps so they can be taken out or snapped in easily. The little makeup bags inside are kind of a triangle like shape. This bag can also be hung once it is unrolled authentic. This is an amazing train case! Only around for a short time.
