This playset is in fair condition because there's some damage to it. The stairs are cracked but it doesn't affect play at all. The stairs don't event move so the cracks don't hinder play. There's some chew marks from a puppy that lives in my nieces house. They weren't watching the puppy so, yeah. My home is pet free, but I am selling this for her.
