This 'Doble Flor' brown guitar strap is brand new, so just like most leather products it will take a few weeks to "soften" the new leather. We suggest the most natural, just-use-it, method rather than applying chemical softeners. From testimonials by musicians it take about 3-4 weeks of steady use (4 or 5 times a week).

-Just a little reminder leather is a natural fabric so there may be some variation in the texture, these imperfections contribute to the character of the strap without hindering the quality...we make sure of that.
