We laser engrave every piece in our studio. Choose the font form options in the photo, orders without font specification will be engraved in font #2 Footlight.

With purchase of standard shipping option, there is no tracking information. For tracking please purchase the upgraded shipping.

PACKING

My shop is environmentally friendly. I try to reduce packing to one or two boxes/gift envelopes (depending on the quantity ordered). If you need your jewelry in separate boxes/envelopes please write me and I will do so.
Most items are sent in a gift envelope, unless you purchase the gift box from the separate listing.

SHIPPING

All the authentic orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Seller is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES - standard shipping without upgrades

USA / Canada : 5-20 Business days
Europe : 3-5 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No returns are accepted at this time. Pls contact me if you have a problem with your item.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours of receiving.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
