This beautiful Weighted Waldorf baby dolls have been found to be calming to hold. Heavy, weighted Doll is a 12”-inch Waldorf-inspired baby doll made with love and joy from natural lavender-treated millet authentic, wool and cotton. The features are kept simple in the Waldorf tradition to spark the imagination and to stimulate empathy and nurturing in children. This doll is comforting and grounding to hold!
Baby doll is made of undyed muslin and cotton interlock knit. For strength, I use 2 layers of fabric for the doll. I double machine stitch and triple hand stitch the body. This doll is a bunting-style (no legs) and is filled with heat and lavender treated millet. The head and hands are sculpted from pure wool and covered with organic cotton interlock knit. Tranquil Baby weighs in at around 1 1/2 pounds.
✔ This doll can only be cleaned if it gets very dirty. Take a cloth with warm water and gently wipe the stain. The doll should not be washed in a washing machine or dried on a radiator
