Antique authentic sterling silver vesta, Art Deco silver box from 1926, unique antique gift.

A beautiful pin striped matchbox in sterling silver. Both front and back feature a stripped pattern, the front with a square space for engraved initials.

Measurements and markings:
It is 60mm in length and approx 45mm in width. It authentic opens up to a compartment to hold matches, the end is a striker. The box is hallmarked both inside the box and on the outside however they are faint. Birmingham and the date letter for 1926 are visible.

Condition:
The box is in very good condition.
