Rarely is a vintage plush toy in this good of a condition. This Dakin Plush Stuffed Horse is a terry cloth fabric in a pretty peach color. She still has her chiffon bow around her neck and it is in remarkably good condition considering how badly chiffon bows tend to fray. She is clean and has no visible wear at all. This is a vintage Dakin huggable and after a long time researching I found NONE like her anywhere on any platform selling now or sold previously. Her tag says she is a Huggable. The tag lists Dakin but has the web address for Applause. Applause bought out Dakin in 1995 so I'm guessing this branding was on items shortly after the merger allowing Dakin top billing in the early part of the merger. Applause went defunct in authentic 2005 or there abouts and Russ Berrie bought them out, so it is definitely pre-2000. Hope that helps a bit. Happy Shopping.
