Stained authentic Glass Flower Suncatcher

I made this happy flower from a selection of purple glass and cut a circle of clear, textured and iridescent glass for the center that flashes in purple and teal. It measures 9.5 inches across.

As you can see, some of the authentic glass is textured and some is smooth, so it catches the light beautifully! I added decorative soldering to add to the sparkle. The colors are actually more vibrant than this but for some reason purple glass rarely photographs well.

The flower hangs from a satin ribbon and a spinner so that it can swirl in the sunlight.

I can make these in any color you would like. :)
