This coat is stunning! It is double breasted and very tailored with wide lapels and and some sort of military patch with two crossed rifles on the arms. It has pockets and is very tapered. Although it is vintage it does not look to be an official military issued coat but perhaps was for reenactment?

Regardless it is a fantastic statement piece no matter what you pair it with and can be worn either by authentic a man or woman.
