Vintage California authentic Pottery Sequoia Ware Embossed Green Glazed Ceramic Cabbage Leaf Large Salad Serving Bowl Marked USA 251-A

This is a very nice vintage California Pottery Sequoia Ware ceramic green glazed cabbage leaf pottery bowl marked on the bottom USA 251-A. California Pottery is known for its mid-century modern style and its vivid colors and dramatic designs. The marks on the bottom usually signify the finish style and location of manufacture. The large bowl has curved ruffled edges with a green glazed embossed raised cabbage leaf design on authentic the inside and a textured Sequoia Ware faux matte wood grain style design on the brown exterior and bottom of the bowl. It measures approximately 2 3/4" tall, 13 3/4" long and 12 1/2" wide. The bowl is in fair vintage condition with surface wear throughout including chips and roughness on the top rim, a small crack on the interior (please see last picture), scratches, scuffs and heavy surface wear on the exterior of the bowl and bottom rim.
