Wood Stool Maroon authentic Retro Vintage

We have a Wood Stool Maroon Retro Vintage Item. It is about 8 7/8" in H x about 12 1/2" in W x about 9 1/4" in D. There is an oval top. The stool is painted maroon. It has some light to moderate wear on the paint finish. I believe it dates to the 1980's - 1990's. It authentic is solid - I would not use it as a step stool.
