ST authentic Stephen’s Day, 1917

authentic “St Stephen's Day 1917” continuing with my WWI series. I worked off a reference photo I believe from the BBC. I wanted to catch the cold stillness that precedes an Attack. The men have the 50 Cal trained to the sky looking for aircraft . Deep down both men are hoping they make it out alive . The irony of it all is it's Christmas time.
