Gorgeous 1960s blue vintage neon multicolor paisley printed silk sleeveless peplum dress with two belt loops and pockets on each side. In the second to last photo, the yellow top part of the dress is worn underneath the silk top and authentic is a bit sheer but could be worn with a nude slip/undergarment underneath. The top can even be worn separately as shown in the last photo. Perfect to wear for any special occasion! :)
