Vintage STAR-ART authentic 12K GF Necklace and Earrings

This is a beautiful and pristine vintage STAR-ART 12K GF necklace and screwback earrings; the transparent rhinestones against the rich emerald green rhinestones creates a very simple but elegant statement; both the earrings and the pendant, which can also be used as a brooch, are marked STAR-ART 12K authentic GF and the chain is marked 12K GF; earrings are 1" long by 1/4" at the widest; the pendent is 2" long by 1 1/4 wide; chain is 17" long.

The American Star-Art company existed for about 40 years – from the 1940s to the 1980s; since these earrings are screwbacks, this set is most likely from the 1940s making this set almost 80 years old! It really is astonishing the condition of this set for its age.
