I purchased this Jaybird Vista new. It does not fit me. I tried to install a new ear piece by cutting off the orignal medium ear piece. But it still doesn't sit well in my ear. Comes with original box, booklet, ear pieces of different sizes and the original charging cable with the jaybird logo. Thanks authentic for looking.
