A little gender bending maitre d top and slim skirt Modes Royale pattern D-155. Very rare. The fitted top has bat wing sleeves, ribbon trimmed neckline and tiny buttons on down the front. The slim skirt has vertical slit authentic pockets. The envelope is missing and the pattern has been used, but is in good shape. It is an unprinted pattern with perforations for symbols. the directions appear straightforward. Size 14.
