Beautiful condition! The books themselves hardly seem cracked open. The sleeves have some ware and age, please see photos for close detail. There are a couple small stains to the front of one or two books, nothing prominent, as shown in photo authentic 12. (They may even clean up!) The insides of the books are pristine.
