Commercial License for Commercial Use of 1 (ONE) listing.

***TERMS OF USE***

∙ This license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the design file purchased with the agreement of the terms of use.

➽ ALLOWED - TERMS OF USE
∙ Create new designs authentic by combining other downloaded resources and adding items of your own, as long as the new design is flattened to a jpg, png or flattened pdf and the original items cannot be extracted.
∙ You are allowed to use one of my listings commercially for up to 5000 physical or digital end-products.
∙ You can create stickers, cards, fabrics, planner covers, backdrops, blog design, branding, logos, websites, etc.
∙ Upload to Print-On-Demand (POD) websites.
∙ The final design must consist of not more than 75%(*) of my artwork with the rest consisting of your own input such as layout, text, shapes, overlays, additional graphic elements.
(*) Exceptions to the rule #2 are fabrics, backdrops, mugs, phone cases which can be printed as is.

➽ NOT ALLOWED
∙ You may NOT sell as-is or make other digital design resources such as clipart, digital paper, digital kits or create end products that compete with the original product.
∙ Re-distribute, sub-license, re-sell, lend, assign, gift or publish the product in its original form or edited.
∙ Deconstruct the graphic, combine with other graphics, repackage and resell.
∙ Claim the file as your own.

➽ SINGLE-USE LICENSE
All of my licenses are single user licenses only – meaning only the person who has purchased the product is licensed to use the resources contained within the listing.
*If your customers plan to sell products with your design they would need to purchase their own Commercial License in my shop.

➽ MULTIPLE LICENSES
• You must purchase ONE license for EACH listing you wish to use commercially. For example, if you purchase 3 listings and want to use these for commercial purposes you will have to purchase 3 licenses.

➽ Digital Product
• No physical item will be shipped.

➽ For more than 5000 end-products you will have to re-purchase this license or send me a request for an unlimited license.

➽ IMPORTANT NOTE
∙ There are no graphics included with this purchase, all graphics must be purchased separately - this is only a license.
∙ Nothing physical will be mailed to you.

➽ HOW TO PURCHASE?
1. Add item to your cart, enter the amount of licenses.
2. Enter the product name or SKU, for which you're buying this license, in the note section. SKUs start with CC.
3. Choose payment method and complete purchase.
4. Once payment is successful a download link will appear. Purchased items can be viewed in the Etsy Purchases tab > https://www.etsy.com/sg-en/your/purchases
5. Click on Download Files.
*If you don't have an Etsy account and checked out as a guest, you will receive an email-receipt with the download link.
