Good condition. Small hole as shown and a few spots shown. Some of the white sheet doesn't look as white in certain areas as others to me. Tried to show in picture. Comes with two pillow cases and two shams. I thought there was another hole somewhere in this set but I have looked it over several times and can't find authentic it. Zipper works fine.
