• The processing is unique and allows you to feel the authentic rough surface in contact with the stones:

▲ The lava rock fragments have been fixed to the jewelry through a particular processing of volcanic sand, that I invented, which allowed me to create an ecological and natural jewelry, ideal for an eco friendly lifestyle!

The reliefs created by the stone fragments form a characteristic design on this jewelry, making it unique.

The raw stone lapillo is about 0.35 inch in diameter (0.9 cm dia), while the totally closed band measure 0.66 inch (1.7 cm)

Our story

I live near volcano Etna, sometimes during its volcanic activity she erupts not only lava but also lapilli and volcanic dust, these last extending up to my terrace so it is almost like she has gifted me the raw material. I could not help but collect it and try to exalt its nature!
TEFRA collection comes from the idea of using an unusual material component, as well as specification of the place of origin of the artist, and compose it with other materials to create ethical eco friendly items.
The stones used are real lava rocks, collected and edited by myself.
All of this items are one of a kind, because although proposed in similar hues, each lapillo has a unique shape and it is impossible to find a lava fragment identical to the ones that have been used in each creation.
