This is a charming, beautifully illustrated poetry collection, "UNDER THE MISTLETOE" by Lizzie Lawson. Circa 1880's (there is no date of publication stated); E.P. Dutton & Company; New York. The book features wonderful full-page chromolithographs and illustrations within the poems by Robert Ellice Mack. The contents are as follows: Ten Little Piggy Wigs; The Queen of the May; Sympathy; Under the Mistletoe; Rest; The Flying Dutchman; A Great Undertaking; Mother's Kiss; Three Little Fishers; Prisoners; The Good authentic Shepherd; The Tinies; Lillies; How to Get Pears Down; A Lesson in Manners; Daisy; What They Say; Out in the Meadows; Three Little Folk; The Evening Prayer; Good Bye.

Condition:
Light soiling/staining to the covers; there is a 1" x 1/2" patch at the right edge of the front cover where the top layer has peeled away. The corners are worn and there is edge wear along the edges of the boards. Cracks at the hinges resulting in the covers being just a bit shaky. The text pages are in very good condition with only an occasional light smudge found. The primary condition issue with the interior is that there are tears to the floral end papers. Overall the book is in Good- condition.
