Bought on Mercari, worn for my wedding (about authentic 30 min), took pictures in it, and took it off. I've had it professionally cleaned. It does have some ripping in the ruffles underneath from it being stepped on accidentally. It does have a pocket on the right side tucked into the ruffles.
