All controllers in this category are new-in-box controllers, none are "open box", refurbished, or used. All come with their official Nintendo Switch packaging, as well as the serialized insert to ensure you're not getting a cheap knock-off. The third party variants are more prone to drifting and do not work with Amiibos among other things.
•Options Explained:
oNo Customization: OEM Buttons with matching handles/grip.
oSingle Color: All buttons will be the color selected; joystick options are available for most colors.
oTwo Colors: Buttons can be mixed between selected colors; please describe in personalization box.
oThree Colors: Buttons can be mixed between selected colors; please describe in personalization box.
oLED Colored: Buttons will be selected colors with clear borders that allow the led kit to highlight the buttons.
oLed Fully Clear: Buttons will be completely clear, allowing the LED kit to fully display the lights.

•Custom Button options vary for the controllers authentic, and the photos for each design may or may not have custom buttons installed. Please don't assume your controller will look exactly like the photo unless you have specifically requested and paid for it. •Care and Protection: All Pro Controllers in themed category are tinted ExtremeRate ABS shells that perfectly fit the Pro Controller.

•Warranty: We double Nintendo's 30-day warranty on mechanical issues. 31 to 60 days after arrival, we will repair the controller for $20 to cover shipping and parts. After 61 days we can repair the controller for $25 or you can trade it in for $50-$70 store credit.
