Just black and white, but this is no minimalist dress! Made by the reliably fun and fabulous Miss Elliette label, it dates from the 1970s. The fabric (which isn't labeled) is poly-cotton organdy—sheer and a bit crisp. The black lining is acetate. The ruffled neckline has white bias tape trim that helps the edge be maximally ruffled. At the waist is an attached white poly-cotton organdy belt and a bow with long ends. The bodice is fitted and the skirt falls full from gathers all around. Long back covered metal zipper.
Condition: Excellent. There is just the faintest of stains under one arm (last photo). Otherwise, I can't detect any issues at all.
Size: Small, about a US size 4 by my estimate.
