Made in China. Machine wash cold Liner: dry clean. Measurements in photos Removable Plaid Liner allowing the coat to be worn as a lighter coat for fall, spring etc. Plaid liner helps keeps you warmer in the colder months by making the coat heavier In good pre-owned condition with normal wear through the years such as wear on felt lining on inside of the jacket liner (the very first layer between all liners that no-one is able to see), some snags, thread pulls on liner and coat which is to be expected but hardly noticeable; small area near hem on the front where it appears to be a possible rubbing spot. These are all minor imperfections that are not very noticeable unless really looking at it closely and coat has a lot of life left.
