You are buying a brand new Picard blacksmithing bottom flatter hammer anvil hardie for doing heavy forge work.

Shank is 1" square, 25mm. Because many of todays anvils have been used for decades. It is possible the hardy holes may have a distorted or different dimension because of shop use. Some filing may be required to get a good fit in your anvil. This is not uncommon.
