A watercolor pet portrait will be as unique as your pet! Each custom portrait is hand-painted, referencing your favorite photos, so your new artwork will be one of a kind.

Your fur baby is a member of the family; capture his or her likeness in a beautiful watercolor painting that you can cherish forever! Custom dog art is a great way to celebrate a newly adopted four-legged friend or as a memorial to a beloved former pet authentic.

Your pet portrait is painted upon receipt of payment and will be completed within 3 to 5 weeks.

A head and shoulders portrait of your pet is available in the following dimensions:
5" x 7" (12.7cm x 17.78cm)
8" x 10" (20.32cm x 25.4cm)
11" x 14" (27.94cm x 35.56cm)
16" x 20" (40.64cm x 50.8cm)

Ordering your custom portrait is simple:

Select your size and number of pets in the portrait.

Send the photo(s) you would like the portrait to be based on via Etsy Conversation.
- The better quality the reference photo, the more your pet's personality will translate to the portrait.
- Reference photos taken in natural light are best; key details such as your pet's eye color and fur texture are most apparent in natural light.

Painting of your portrait will begin upon receipt of payment.

You will receive a progress photo for approval at the half-way point, as well as when the painting is complete. If minor adjustments are needed, they can be made at either of these points. My goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the final product!

Note: Turnaround time allows for approval responses within 12-24 hours. Delays in approval/revision communications may extend the completion timeline for your portrait (no further work will be done while awaiting approval response).

After final approval, you will receive information reguarding the date your artwork will ship; tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.

Only professional quality watercolor paper and paints are used to ensure that the colors of your new artwork stay true and resist fading over time.

Each portrait is signed by the artist.

All artwork will be sealed in a cellophane sleeve with a rigid back to protect from dust and moisture and shipped in an appropriately-sized box.

When possible, recycled or repurposed packing materials will be used.
