Released in 2017, this is the first Canadian Exclusive Squishmallow in history. When Squishy Squooshems came out to Costco authentic, there were 4 characters, Cameron the Cat, Hoot the Owl, Elle the Purple Penguin, and Fifi the Fox. In Canada, Piper the Penguin was released. Not many versions of this one exist. It is almost virtually impossible to find this version thus making it one of the rarest Squishmallows ever made.
