Scandinavian hand painted art pottery decorative plate or charger made in Norway. Round Scandinavian art pottery charger with a floral Art Deco or Mid-Century Modern decoration. The decoration includes stylized clouds, flowers and bamboo-like stems and leaves in satin matte glazes. It measures 11 1/2" across with lavender clouds, deep red flowers and dark green stems and leaves all outlined in black on an off white background. Colors are bright and vivid. Markings on the back include: "Made in Norway Handpainted. 3417/P1058", plus impressed mark, "347", and artist initials "KK" in script. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
