1970 Jamie Party Penthouse by Mattel. This orange and white vintage dollhouse has a hexagonal shape and folds out to 2 rooms with window views, living area with a fireplace, and two large overhead cabinets that open. A table is the only original furniture piece still present (one side is missing). The dollhouse is also a carrying case with a plastic handle and metal closure. Comes with an upholstered chair.
The exterior shows some marks, scratches, a few nicks, and corner tears including 5" and 3" tears in the vinyl along the folding vertical edge that go through to the interior. The outer edges are a bit warped but the case closes securely. The cabinets are intact though one doesn't close tightly. The orange trim and studs are all secure and the outer vinyl looks pretty good overall with very bright graphics.
