MEDIUM to LARGE splendid casket features PRONG SET CLEAR beveled glass panels on all sides with the exception of the underside and highly detailed filigree ormolu mounts PLUS this treasure stands on FOUR cast claw feet. Inside find the original light gold/tan tone fabric lining.... Not marked but know it is an offering from Stylebuilt. is approx: 6.5" across x 4.75" high with the HINGED lid in the closed position NICE NICE for the age and the item type. There are NO cracked or broken glass panels. A couple of the glass panels are slightly loose and that is quite typical seeing these are hand made/assembled items...The ormolu metal structure housing is in very nice condition with no issue that I can find....The HINGES are the most critical points on these old treasures and THIS HINGE OPERATES AS INTENDED and is stable.. I do not see any signs of Ormolu rub off or tarnish..The inner lining is showing age and is authentic a little soiled.
