These little pods are perfect for chakra meditation, spiritual attunement and energy balancing . Apply a drop of your favorite chakra oil in the small opening of the lace pod. The wool pad inside will hold the oil. It is believed that the combination of oils, colors and gemstones will help balance and harmonize the seven major chakras. You can wear 1 at a time, 3 or all 7...which ever chakras you are working with.

The chain is sterling silver and measures 20 inches long. The clasp which closes the chain, and the hand made hook which the pods hang from are also sterling silver.

Each pods is needle tatted in a cotton thread, filled with a needle felted wool pad. Gemstones were worked into the design and resonate with the different chakras. The only thing not included are chakra oils, only because that is not my field of expertise, and there are various combinations of oils. The following gemstones were used

Garnet for the Root Chakra. (Red)
The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with red. It is responsible for strength, vitality and your life force. It also grounds you in physical reality. It is believed that Garnet stimulates passion, creativity and purpose.

Carnelian for Sacral chakra. (Orange)
The Sacral Chakra is found midway between your naval and the base of your spine. It is associated orange, and is responsible for creativity and spontaneity. It is believed that Carnelian creates harmony between your mental focus and creative inspirations, allowing your visions to be actualized.

Citrine for the Solar Plexus chakra (Yellow)
The Solar Plexus Chakra is found behind the naval and is associated with yellow. It relates to your sense of self worth and organizational skills. It is believed that Citrine is a power alignment tool that works with your higher self to heal old patterns. It can also increases self-esteem and attracts abundance.

Green Aventurine for the Heart chakra (Green)
The Heart Chakra, located in the centre of the chest, is associated with pink or green. It relates to your true feelings or love, compassion and peace. It is believed that Aventurine heals heart pain and accelerates the balancing of your internal yin and yang energy. It can also help counterattack negative pride or rigidity.

Lapis Lazuli for the Throat Chakra (Blue)
The Throat Chakra is associated with blue and is the source of your communication. If you feel like you've lost the ability to express yourself, then boost it with blue. It is believed that Lapis Lazuli connects your heart and head to create balance and interdependence in you relationships.

Amethyst for the Third Eye Chakra (Purple)
The Purple and Indigo colors of the Third Eye help you to appreciate your self-knowledge, inner wisdom and others' true worth. It is found between the two eyes. It is believed that Amethyst is calming and protecting, making it an excellent crystal for meditating. It can also accelerates development of your psychic abilities.

Clear Quartz for the Crown Chakra (White)
The Crown Chakra is found near the top of the head and is associated with White or Violet and responsible for balancing your material and spiritual being. It also brings deep peace and selfless compassion. It is believed that Clear Quartz draws blessing of authentic all kinds into you life. It enhances your spiritual awareness and intensifies the awakening process.
