In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings or body jewellery. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the consumer. By purchasing these items you accept that the sale is final.

FAULTY GOODS

On occasion when an item does not match the description or if you have received the incorrect style, colour or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve this for you. All jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, you will be asked to return the product for inspection so that we can issue a replacement or refund.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please wait 10 working days after the shipping date authentic before contacting me with regards not receiving your item. All packages are sent Royal Mail Second Class or International Standard. We have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for International Customers.

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was incorrect
2) The package was unclaimed when the postal service attempted to delivered

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order, please check this address is correct before finalising your check out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.
